REGISTRATION POLICIES

In order to assure an Exclusive Experience, each ScrapAway Weekend Getaway is limited to 12 guests.  You may request to share a room with a friend, ScrapAway is very accomodating.  To request a weekend for your group, there is a minimum of 8 guests. 

SCRAPAWAY WEEKEND GETAWAYS!

The All-Inclusive Weekend Getaway consists of 3 days, 2 nights accomodations at a beautiful lodge, tucked away in the resort village of Big Bear, Southern California.  The cost is $325 per person.   This includes a Special Gift, A Make-and Take, Appetizers on Friday evening;  Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday;  AWonderful Brunch on Sunday, Snacks and Beverages.  Check in time is anytime after 4:00 pm on Friday, check out time is 12:00 a.m. on Sunday.  No children under the age of 18 please. 

DEPOSIT

A $200 deposit is required to hold your weekend reservation at ScrapAway, to be paid at the time of registration.  This is on a first come/first serve basis.  In the event you cannot make your date, I will credit your account (minus a $25 cancellation fee) for a later date if cancelled more than 6 weeks prior to your scheduled weekend.  If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to the event the deposit is forefeited. 

BALANCE DUE DATE

The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your stay.  Balance due is non-refundable unless your space can be filled. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Visa, Mastercard or Debit Card are accepted securetly through PayPal for deposit, balance or full payment.  Checks or money orders are accepted by mail.  Insufficient funds will automatically cancel your reservation and there will be a $25 fee.
